4. Eat Mediterranean style.

You don’t have to live in the Mediterranean in order to eat Mediterranean style. According to Canfield, adopting such a healthy food regimen will serve your libido well. Eat plenty of grains, fish, fruits, vegetables, olive oil, and nuts. Adopting a healthy diet will not only help you feel more in the mood, but it will also help you mentally and physically in many ways.

5. Say goodbye to bad habits.

You might not want to shake your bad habits, but they may be decreasing the amount of testosterone you’re producing. If you smoke and drink, think about quitting. Do you drink a lot of coffee? Perhaps you can cut down. Do you drink a lot of soda? Replace it with water. Making healthy lifestyle changes goes a long way for sure, so bid your bad habits adieu.
